I joined the business as Chief Executive back in 1995 –  it still seems like yesterday as each day has brought new opportunities, challenges and successes as our business has continually grown.

My role is to devise and lead the implementation of a strategy that is going to ensure Leprino Foods Ltd continues to develop and succeed and delivers for all our stakeholders.

We've already achieved so much and I'm proud to work alongside a team of such loyal, committed, energetic and talented people as we have throughout the business.
